1. Acceptance of terms

By using Doris, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime licences are a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page.

Doris is a digital product that grants immediate access to software, AI features and downloadable documents upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a billing error or technical fault that prevents you from using the service, contact us at hello@helpmedoris.com and we will investigate promptly.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Doris for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to upload content you do not have rights to. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Limitation of liability

Doris is provided as a tool to help you run your business. You remain responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices and communications you send to your customers.

We accept no liability for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in quotations, invoices, documents or other content produced by Doris or its AI features. It is your responsibility to thoroughly proof-read and verify all documents before they are sent to your customers or used for any business purpose.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
